PLOT
Near the edge of the country, up in the eastern mountains, a fort exists. The fort isn't just any fort, it is a very unique fort. Ever since the beginning of the kingdom, the kingdom has sent their most valuable items there to be protected by the group called, the guardians. The guardians are also very special, they aren't just your average guards. To become a guardian you must receive very brutal training and pass many difficult test. The fort has never been attacked, the guardians are know all across the country and feared by all.
One day a man bearing a item comes to the fort. He claims that the item must be placed under great protection, orders from the king himself. Being polite to any one who associates with the kingdom, the guardians offer him a place to rest before he starts his journey back to the kingdom. They traveler accepts the offer and goes into his room for the rest of the night.
In the middle of the night, a group of people attack the fort. In a rush Leon awakens grabs his sword and armor and heads outside to the fight. They are successful in defending the fort, but many of the valuable items are missing. The ones that stand out the most are the realm stones received by the guardians one thousand years ago. The one item the had to protect the most. All of the guardians speculate that the group of people are part of an ancient cult that has been trying for decades to open a portal to their god's world. The guardians must find the realm stones or it might be the end of the world.
The leader Ronald tells Leon and Mary to split up and look for the stones, while the other guardians stay at the fort to make sure no more cultist steal anything else. Leon and Mary set out search for the missing stones. Not knowing all of the troubles they will have to face ahead of them.
Strangely after the attack, the delivery boy was gone...
CHARACTERS
Leon: A guardian who has been a guardian for awhile. He is probably the most talented one with solving issues and fighting. This is why the guardian leader decided to send Leon out to find the realm stones.
Mary: - The healer of the fort and also a very close friend of Leon. Ronald figured Leon would need healing occasionally, so he figured it'd be best to send Mary with Leon.
Ronald: - The leader of the guardians. You won't see much of him in the game. While your exploring he's all the way back at the fort.
*If I listed any more characters too much plot would be given away.
FEATURES
Non-linear plot: Your decisions effects which direction the plot goes. Some might even effect the entire world and events later in the game.
Different endings: This is expect with a non-linear plot game. Depending on your decisions, the ending will change.
Time System: At day people will be awake and shops will be open. At night thugs will be out and shops will be closed.
Random Weather System: It might rain sometimes or snow. Depending on the region your in.
Cooking System: You can cook food that replenishes endurance. Although it doesn't do as much as alchemy potions, it's cheaper.
Action Battle System: By the way, I am darn proud of this right here. There are five skills, endurance, defense, strength, agility, and speed. Don't think I can't program this, I'm a master at programing stuff in rpg maker and I have most of it done. Endurance determines how many attacks you can take. Defense determines how well you take attacks. Strength determines how strong your attacks are. Agility determines how well you can dodge attacks. Speed determines the speed of your attacks. There are also feats, like resist fire(fire elemental creatures do not effect you as much when attacking), and man killer(more effective against male characters/monsters). Of course there is leveling up by the way.
Upgradeable armor and weapon: You can go to a blacksmith and pay them to upgrade your weapon or armor.
UPDATE
Taking out speed as a skill. It's just kinda worthless... Does that sound ok?

I'll get some screen shots up tomorrow or maybe the next day. I couldn't get my photo bucket account to work when I was trying to upload screen shots. So I don't really know when. Sorry
