I hate things like that. When other "gay" people fags gay or not because "it's ok because they are gay" and I've been called a fag quite alot and it's irritating but I've gotten use to it. I don't know double standards like that piss me of like its a offensive word unless "they" use it (it's always offensive). My current girlfriend like a year ago would call her friends when joking around a chink and her friends would also (she is asian btw) but she did stop doing it eventually, but what I hate more is when people say "That's so gay" referring to anything they dislike.

You want to know something funny? Ive never been called a fag...I mean, messing around with friends or something aside.

Youre being called a fag because youre a fag. Not because people think you are gay. When I call people a fag, its in no way a reflection of their sexuality. I call some of my friends "Fag" but None of my friends are gay. Im about the only gay guy in my social circle. Dont make it sound like Im contributing to the perpetuation of  hate-speak. I use the word a certain way...the proper way. Its people with your viewpoint that have even managed to keep the stigma of sexuality attached to this word. Its not a sexuality statement. Its pure character.

Try replacing "Fag" with "Useless Idiot"....that should paint a better picture of this for you. People are calling you a goof. A tard. Annoying and arbitrary. Thats how they mean it. And they say fag because they know youll take it personally.



 That and because youre THAT guy...the guy who everyone knows is gay....and everyone kind of feels sorry for you, because you are the last person that is going to realize it. Youre the gay guy who dosent know hes gay yet. I honestly feel bad for you for this reason, and I think when you finally are ready to admit that you love the sausage and you arent fooling anyone, you'll probably be way cooler.

Love these kinds of discussions.
If I use the term fag - I do it to show my disslike with a person or anything. And by saying fag I'm not talking about homosexuals. I might as well be saying "that house is beaver" but hey, that doesn't sound harsh enough. Some cultural pasts have developed the rude term just like tool or noob. And like all other people who gets offended by that kind of things... Don't take everything so literally - it's just an expression.
