Super man is faster than a speeding bullet. Goku teleports. And is much faster than super when not teleporting as well.
Super man can fly. So can Goku.
Super man shoots laser that can make a hole in a steel wall. Goku has the kamehameha that can vaporize his enemies to dust.
Super man has his powers while near a yellow sun. Goku can blow up any sun he wants and live just fine.

However, both are overpowered heroes. Seriously. Hate when hero can destroy a whole planet but have a hard time kicking someone else's arse.

Unless the overpowered evil guy get eliminated by an army or the like. But two guys able to destroy planets by sneezing, to survive getting kicked through mountains or beams that can destroy solar systems, I don't like. I did like, but now I don't. That's why I don't really like DB anymore. Yes.
