Another Chain Game? (Complete)

As I went through this topic and saw the graphics I was thinking about Mother 3. The art style resembles Mother 3 for me and that the game takes place in a modern environment (am I right?) also resemble the Earthbound series. I never played Mother or Mother 3 but I liked Earthbound. Now I am playing Wrath of Gaia and I enjoy it... okay I have to admit that I almost had a rage-quit-thing at the end of chapter 3 while trying to escape from that damn theatre XD but aside from that I really enjoy it.

Ok I received and played.
A few comments. Fish, your chapter is buggy as hell xD The end especially, after beating the African guy especially, black screen and nothing happens.
A lot of the passabilities don't work well, interactions with events as well.
Many typing mistakes as well, sometimes I don't quite know if they are intentional or not?
I'd like a recap of the story you tried to build as well because the explanations in the cave made little to no sense to me?
Other than that, the first part was easier than the first time I played it, which I thought was good, but I still think the enemies do too much damage, or the party not enough? Thanks for adding some skills though, it was needed imo.

I think I'll carry on with the initial idea I had, twerked a bit, after you sent me that story recap Fish xD

Not a bad sprite, Orka! I am glad to hear somebody is still playing Wrath of Gaia too and don't worry we all rage quit that chapter at least once. XD If not seventy times. Moose is excellent at having a good brain busting puzzle in his chapters of any chain game but the first I think...I wonder if Moose actually did make a chapter? *Checks* Nope! =O Interesting! Oh and Orka if you go to play Juno's Odyssey  I would wait until you've gotten to at least the end of WoG. I'm working on a Director's Cut of JO that will be ten times better than the version we've got now which is missing side quests, has some annoying bugs and spelling errors.

Traditionally you should address me in a PM so I can not reveal spoilers to the whole thread =P Yer a n00b though so I'll give ya a free pass and just address the stuff here:
Buggy stuff: Yeah I know there's a few minor bits though I must admit I didn't realize there was one in the african guy's cut scene o.O PM me and tell me which part specefically if you didn't fix it and I'll try and see if I can find a simple bandaid for ya. As for typing mistakes: they go woth the job son. I'm here working on JO: The Director's Cut three or so years latter and guess what? There's spelling and grammar issues in chapters I KNOW I checked. -.-; Tis something for the last guy to take care of in double checked final play before release. Just get the ones you want to or not. Doesn't matter.

On the Cave: That whole scene was explained by the characters. -.- Seriously I didn't half *** anything this time for once just stringing random things together.  Piece A connects to Piece B it's just the glue might give ya a little trip if you catch my meaning XD I always use ridicilum and craziness when writing just about anything. Example:
Wrath of Gaia my chapter was set finishing off what Moose laid down then you jump a huge monster and find yourself entering some kind of weird Myan temple thing chasing pirates. =P Just how I roll. I assure you Chain Games used to make ALLOT less sense, the first hero being a Samurai who always got lost and carried a giant axe for example. Lmao That being said I'd be happy to brief ya on the story plots I was building but honestly you can extrapolate in any direction ya like. ^_- Tis the beauty of a Chain Game. There's no wrong way to do it!

N00b is not meant as a sign of disrespect when I use it. Usually I mean 'young' or 'new person'. I know many use n00b as an insult in gaming but I never was much for that except when playing TCGs which I took waaaaaaay too seriously. ^^; I do acknowledge I hadn't realized he had been around this forum quite that long. Time to discard his n00b card then. Only lasts a year at best.

A quick update! I haven't been able to work on it full time, but I'm dedicating about 5h per week. I've planned everything I wanted to do, made or adapted most of the resources I needed, except that I can't seem to make satisfactory piano, sofas, and coffee machine. If someone feels lucky with doing them, please go ahed, because I'm losing my patience ahah.
I am now starting the eventing, it shouldn't take so long, hopefully.

Keep it up, Donut! You are devoting more time then I did and probably have a better blue print. I need to log into my Imgur and give you those spare charasets I fixed. I'll be shooting them your way tomorrow if I can. Either way you're doing great!
