What? No. You're allowed to sell games made in the official version of rpg maker 2003.As for the resources, looks mostly to be first seed material things. Which I'm pretty sure is licensed so that you're allowed to sell games with them. But hard to say what else might be in there. But to be frank (I'm no lawyer or anything) I really doubt anyone will care unless the game becomes unrealistically huge or you use straight up ripped resources. First off they probably send a cease and desist letter and tell you to take the game down.But to be safe I would recommend to either:Make your own resourcesHire someone to make resources for youUse art that is licensed so they can be used in commercial projects (https://opengameart.org/) Buy resource packs (https://itch.io/game-assets)
