*among a crowd a figure in hooded robes watches, a few markings here and there can be seen*

Jazel:shall we start the trail?

Rayka:*he heaves a heavy sigh*I suppose so.*he roars letting everyone know that the trail has begun and all should be quiet*Today we bring before us, our child of prophecy, to put him on trail for breaking our laws and codes, that will be Gradbul's doing*

Gradbul:*a red dragon at the end begins to speak he has a deep voice that seems to harbor an ever lasting fire*Rywho, you have be brought before us for the following, three hundred accounts of breaking the law on other planets, most of which come from the planet Earth hich you reside in at this time, unauthorized contact with a peaceful species that is under developed, and the fact that you broke the code of the inter-planetary pact paragraph 5, clause 21, code 337894.

Rayka:so you found a woman, good for you son.

Gradbul:Rayka, we are old friends but there is a specific reason why you must keep quiet during this trail*Rayka stares at Gradbul, then snorts*thank you.

[Darkfox]

*The figure slips by getting as close as it can to Eskal, some other figures different from it in make some odd noises while glareing at it with glowing eyes and continue to observe the trial*

[Rywho]

Gradbul:do you have anything to say in your defense?

Rywho:I only say that, I admit to what I have done, and do I have regrets? yes, many of them do I carry within this jeweled heart of mine, I have done many wrongs, but have I not done good, have I not been there when others have needed my assistance, I have and yet I do still kill but for a different purpose, I do it now, not for the sake of killing but to save another.  Everyday of my life do I put my own safest behind that of another, everyday do I stop worrying about if I am going to life through the day, but if my friends and loved ones will live, I willing accept what you, my Elders so choose to decide for my fate, and to one last thing I do wish to say, something that sticks out in my mind.

Gradbul:and what might that be?

*The figure stands up tall*

Figure: *takes off cloak, revealed is a white furdragon with long shiny spikey hair, purple eyes, feathered wings, and silver armor, although non-military, the symbol in his forehead is the same as the one for an Energy Behemoth, he looks up as a small fuzzy aardwolf like animal the size of a small housecat climbs up onto his shoulder* If it is allowed *ears perk up*, may I be given a chance to question the soon to be condemned?

[Rywho]

Gradbul:state your name and your buisness with our trial

[Darkfox]

Figure: *answers with a valiant tone* I am Spike McBesh, I am here to bring up things that were left out in this case. Ones which will make the judgeing much easier and certain.

[Rywho]

*Rywho looks at Spike and groans subtly, he recognizes the markings on his body*

Gradbul:ok Spike present your case

[Darkfox]

Spike: *clears throat* You may all know about his destructive habits, and his bit of a popularity... BUT he did also unleash and manifest parts of himself that were potentially capable of destroying earth itself...

*the dark figures nod*

Spike: HM! And he released one known as Tammy who was imprisoned within the confines of Limbo due to her own crimes against life!

*the dark figures nod again, cackling*

Spike: But there is a crime much greater than these... one that makes these look like chickenfeed...

*the figures lean forwards in anticipation, the small animal jumps down from Spike's shoulder and sits down near Eskal's feet making a light twittering sound*

[Rywho]

*Spike has the whole room on suspense, Eskal looks down at the cat and stares at it oddly, Rywho keeps his calm composure, but on the inside he has figured out what Spike is doing, and is laughing uncontrolably, to him he finds this funny*

[Darkfox]

Spike: That...

*The small animal at this time stares up at Eskal, it suddenly gives him a smug look on it's face, grows into a larger animal, the size of a large dog, nudges Eskal, takes his stone staff from where he hid it and runs over to Spike*

Spike: Bad girl Ji! Stealing wrong! *snatches the staff* I'm sorry sir it won't happen again I promi... *looks at it and notices the red pentagram* Huh? Well this is an odd symbol... it's not ours... a red pentagram... hmmm... now where have I seen THIS before?

*The dark figures look at each other then get up and hiss*

Figures: *scratchy voices* This has nothing to do with case... why we care what symbol a military grunt posesses?

Spike: It is funny how easily you forget your own prophecy... oh wait... your not Pheoni or Dragon!

*The figures growl and back up a bit*

Spike: As I was about to say before... *smirk* this crime is high treason... Eskal, why do you betray us!? You plot against us, and now bear a blasphemous symbol! What do you have to say for youself!? You planned to overthrow the government and cared nothing from whom you made deals with while doing so... you sicken me... in your deal you put a whole planet at risk... the earth now is crawling with these! *pulls off one of the figure's hoods, one of those nightmares is seen, this one has a draconic skull on it's head, to blend in, it hisses and they all get ready to attack*

[Rywho]

Eskal:DAMN!!*he cracks his neck*you damn fool you had to ruin my plans.

Rayka:Ruin! ha hardly this gentleman only helped us, Eskal we knew what you had been planning, this trail was all but a farse to trap you.

Rywho:*he roars with laughter*nice job Spike, I was owndering when one of you would come to my "rescue", personally I like how you unmasked him, not as flashy as I had planned, but still grade A work.

Eskal:how the hell did you know!?

Rywho:*he smirks*you gave it away to me, you didn't conceal it very well my foe, I expected much better from the man that has received all of the honors in the military, but you made a fatal mistake, you didn't count on the fact that there might have been a counter plot*he laughs again, Eskal roars and launches off at Rywho, Rywho grabs Eskals in coming arm and it begins to smoke, Rywho stares at Eskal's arm oddly*this is new, so when did you completely give in?*he thrusts Eskal back*

Eskal:curse you freak, I hope you burn painfully.

[Darkfox]

Spike: Oh, I'm afraid Rywho won't be the one doing the burning, and here, have your friends... *as the creatures lunge at Spike he morphs a post into a large pitchfork and tosses the Nightmares over onto Eskal*

[Rywho]

Eskal:*he pushes them off and gets up*get off of me you idiots!!*he looks at Rywho*damn you*he looks to Spike*both of you, you had to screw with the plans.

Rywho:as a matter of fact we did, I can't sit by when I know you are trying to off me and the rest of the elders.

[Darkfox]

Spike: I have a good mind to turn you to stone Mr. Eskal. But I'm sure the elders have a more suitable punishment in store for you... oh uh, Rywho, I think you should know that this was SV's idea for me to come here, *scratches head* eheh... to be honest I don't know how I got here...
