If I could afford a suit like that, by hell I'd wear it. My facial hair levels fluctuate (on the chin at least. I always keep my mustache too fine to really grow that out.) Dye's out of the question, dammit.

And concerning the suit, I'm pretty sure you can fins cheaper ones, like a whole suit for less than 100$ which wouldn't look bad. However, you do need money for even the cheapest suits. I personally wish I could wear a suit all time... I actually did once, but then I thought that wearing a suit and not even be able to buy that Double Cheese from McDonald which costs 1,39$ made no sense, so I stopped... for now.
As for the beard, mine doesn't even join near the chin. It looks like a have side burns and lame goatee. So I always shave it... when I feel like it. And a stache doesn't look that good on me, though I wish it did...
