[Ace of Spades]

*Ace continues to run till he reaches the edge of the island. It is the highest point and the night sky is perfectly clear out. Ace sits down and gazes at the stars*
Ace: [sigh] *talking to self* I've forgotten how beautiful the stars were....the last time I looked at 'em and they were this beautiful, was that night of the Aurora Borealis. I remember...I was sitting outside with Paige late at night. We gazed at the stars for hours. And kept mentioning how beautiful and what constellation was what. And we...made out several times but...that's kinda away from the point....but then I remember. We both saw it together. Bright clouds of color shot out of the horizon. It was the most beautiful thing of ever seen...second to her of course. *laughz* [sigh] Why am I talking to myself....*yawns* I'm tired. I'll just lay down right here....*lays down and stares at the stars more*

[Darkfox]

*Mindy is off by herself, she pulls out the gem and stares into it, the core of the gem glows with that misty light like it has life of it's own*

Mindy: It has been a long time since I have seen somthing this beautiful... it is like holding the night sky itself... I can feel a power inside it... a power I wish I had... then I wouldn't be so easily walked over and pushed around... I'd be able to stand up on my own legs and fight my own battles... instead of run away like a coward! Maybe it can also give me beauty! For those reasons I see it worthy of an attempt... what left do I have to lose?

[Ace of Spades]

*Spade is still running but notices Mindy with the black gem in another area*
Spade: What is she doing? Doesn't she know that black things are usually evil?! Ugh...WAIT!!! Stop! Put that down!!!

*Ace is gazing up at the stars when he notices bright yellow objects start soaring across the sky*
Ace: Whoa...meteors. They're beautiful....*they continue, but they don't move in one straight line, they're all going towards the same direction*
Ace: Hmm....wait a minute...*remembers "The reptilians are actually from outer space"* Oh no! Those are all going towards the same location! Could it be?.....I HAVE to ask Ren! *Ace gets up and starts running to where the others were*

[Darkfox]

Mindy: How can an object on it's own be evil? Anyways... unless I plant it in my forehead it will do nothing... I think... but... in my current state I'm useless in all aspects other than some comic relief, a talking pet, or a spy... all of which does not involve strength of any kind since I pretty much lack that and right now none of those would be useful... and unless I get a better form I'll continue to be treated as a simple stupid animal... except that can talk...

[Ace of Spades]

Spade: Um...aren't we all treated like simple stupid animals...that can talk?
*Ace comes running in*
Ace: [pant] Where's [pant] Ren?! [pant] Something terrrible [pant] is about [pant] [pant] to happen...

Mindy: *covers the gem* He is back there where we left him...

[Ace of Spades]

Ace: Alright, lets go!
Spade: Ace, what's going on?! *runs with Ace....notices Mindy just standing there and runs back and grabs her by the arm and runs*
Spade: Come on! The only time Ace is worked up like this is when something bad is about to happen!
Ace: *spots Ren* Ren!!! You have to see this! Follow me!

[Darkfox]

Ren: Hm? Alright. *engages to follow Ace*

Mindy: *trying to keep her feet at pace* I'm not that great at running on two feet! Oh wait... *puts the gem away and engages in flight* nevermind... whats going on anyways? Other than being another thing I will be utterly useless in...

[Ace of Spades]

*They arrive at highest point*
Ace: Take a look at the sky.
Spade: Yeah, there's meteors in the sky. So what? Ugh..was this what you wanted us to see?
Ace: No! I thought that they were meteors too, but meteors fly in a straight track and then quickly disapate. These ones however, sustain their brightness for a long period of time, and don't follow their same path. Ren...I need to know at least the direction of the ruins of Atlantis. Tell me...at least...are these objects going towards that direction?
Spade: Wait? Atlantis ruins?! Why don't I know about this?
Ace: I'll tell you later Spade. Ren, are they?

[Darkfox]

Ren: Unfortunatly yes... but they do not hold the key... and as reptiles the cold will fare against them...

*Ambrosia appears nearby*

Ambrosia: Huh?

*Silos walks up to Mindy.*

-Silos: So, you will be more useful to us in your previous state. I may be able to help.

*Silos looks at a nearby tree. He mutters something under his breath, and the tree transforms into a giant wooden statue of Mindy.*

Silos: My manipulation magic is also quite powerful. If I spellfuse RemoveCharm with Spirit Crush... I may be able to break your curse. But it is completely your choice... I will not force you to do it.

[Ace of Spades]

Ace: I don't think that those are actual reptiles, whether they're in ships or not. I think that Sumeria is under attack. I mean, I know nobody lives there, but this could be serious trouble. Not only because they might, I doubt it, but might break through it and get into the ruins. But if that whole continent is made of ice, and a piece chips off....that could cause drastic weather patterns.

[Darkfox]

Mindy: Would that also remove my immortality...? Since it's also a curse...

Ren: Hmmm...

Voice inside Ren's head that is similar to his but with an unkind tone: It's times like these a killing spree would be very useful... what do you say Ren Darkfox...

Ren: No... nothing justifies such as that...

Voice: Justice isn't all light and beauty...

Ren: And it also isn't all darkness and destruction...

Voice: Hmph, my ways would have a larger success ratio. Think about it, if you destroy the problem, it won't come back.

Ren: Destruction begits only destruction, even one such as you knows that...

Voice: Yeah... well... it's funner my way...

Ren: Not to me...

Ace: Uhh...Ren? *waves hand in front of Ren's face* Ya there? You like you're in a trance.

[Darkfox]

Ren: Huh? Eheheh, nothing, just thinking... *chuckles giving a big grin*

Mindy: Uh... *Notices Spade is still holding her arm and blushes*
