Custom Chipset needed

Oh, yipe. I am in need of a chipset that...how do I put this...makes a person think that they're actually in a computer? I'm trying to start up a game called 'Terminal Decay: Trapped in the System' and the actual gameplay takes place within a computer than the main character and his four friends are trapped in.

You have full freedom as to how it looks, but it must have a computerized look to it. I beg of you kind folks to do this one request for me.

I could use this for the final level of my game, but I wouldn't be able to use it for general play. Thanks for the help, though. I greatly appreciate it.
