well the facemaker pl facesets i am having troulbe on the charas generator how do i do it

Wait, are you trying to upload faces you made in PL to charas complete resources or import the pieces to the generator? And please, if not just this once, use proper grammar. It makes it a  WHOLE lot easier to answer the question right the first time.

Okay, when you make the face in PL hit "Print Screen" and paste it in paint. Remove the border in paint and resize it from 388x388 to 48x48 in a program like IrfanView.
