Two somewhat easy requests

Hi if could make me a battle and system template would be greatly appreciated.
What I need for the battle animation is not that hard, but I can't make it look right myself. I need the arrow battle animation rotated so that it is pointing at the bottom left of the square. I hope that makes sense.

And for the system template I want the damage delt be white, healing to be green, and mp healing to be blue, for the other colors I need green, dark green, pink, black, red, blue, light blue, dark blue, and dark grey. The other colors it doesn't matter, supprise me.
I want the text window to be black. I want the equipment up arrow green, the equipment down arrow red, the dot white and the E dark grey, I want the srolling arrows white. And don't need the airship shadow. The numbers to be in the Times New Roman font.
The second system file can just be the arrows for the scroll button sideways and the numbers the same font. I don't need the time and health bar.

Hope this isn't too much to ask for but I will greatly appreciate the one that does this for me.
I've also tried to do the system templte myself but the colors were never what I wanted. If anyones knows what would be the best program to us to do systems in would also be greatly appreciated
