Well, I know a few resource sites. But, believe me, if you just ask request after request after request on this forum, you're going to be hated. This is just a pre-emptive warning.
Anyway, could you please post an example of one of your "failures" so we know you've actually tried and aren't being lazy? Also, if you purposely make one bad, and refuse to even try to make one, than your helping no-one, keep that in mind.

There are multiple ways to post images. You can use a site such as phtobucket or imagesshack to upload images and post the codes, or you can simple add an attachment by clicking the "Add attachment" button and selecting the file in the post reply section. The "Add attachment feature is located in the section below the smilies.

Ok, to get that image to blend, I'm assuming you mean have a transparent background. Since you have a white background, by making white transparent, you would loose the eyes. So, what you should do is change the color to your not going to use, such as pink. Then, in your RPG Maker XP, go to the import section, and when it shows a preview, click on the background, and pink becomes transparent.

We need a big fat sign that lets people know this an rm2k3 community, and even now that we help with rmxp, it always seems that people just sign up thinking we'll know anything about rmxp
