Charasets That Don't Work

Some charasets I use has a block with the character inside it. I was wondering as long as I say It isn't mine or the original user name, could I repost them fixed? (The picture is the way I can tell if it has different colors, and to fix it use the EXACT skinny color bar and use it for the background in photoshop and then it works. )

um that's not a bug in the charset just do like this when you import them:
Q: My characters have a box around them! I want the background color to be transparent! How do I fix this?
A: When importing the graphic using the resouce manager, click on the background. If you see it flashing, it will be transparent when you run the game.

We really should get someone to post a link to the FAQ in the Complete Resources.
In any case, what Sephy said is true - it's easily fixed, so it would be kind of redundant to re-post them with just the color fix. If there was another problem with the set, or you want to edit it a bit, then I guess you could, although make sure you credit the original author.
