Grave Spirit. Split up download?

I've seen this really nice RM2k3 game called "Grave Spirit" recently completed and released. It looks incredible and it has been getting rave reviews.
I can't download it because of my slow dial-up computer. It's 40 megabytes.
I asked the creator himself if he was planning to release a smaller download version. He was very humble and polite but said he had no plans to release a game version like that right now.
The game has an all MP3 soundtrack. It can't be transfered to MIDI because it was composed by someone else. (He unlike the game's creator, is an ***hole.) He'll have to make the soundtrack over in MIDI or shorten the download himself.
So, can someone with high speed internet download the game for me, set up a download file on Zshare or something, and separate the music folder from the other stuff?
Before I give the link, I wanna see what the mods would say and if this would be illegal or something.

Well, since you said something...

EDIT=
It took forever but I finally managed to get it downloaded, and burnt to a CD. It's a mix between a good game, and not.

If your ISP is reliable, and go at a decent rate, then yeah, no problem.
But AOL, or as I like to call it, GayOL, would never be able to sit there for X amount of hours dl'in something that size. However, 40mb at an average rate of about 2.12kbs.... (that's how fast mine goes... on a good day... >.<), would take a bit more than four (4) hours...
I do believe that you can resume a dl, if you use Save Target As... option. But usually, when you click the link and get the window thing that says 'Open' 'Save' 'Cancel', it usually will start over, even if you finish downloading it all. So.... see if you can resume it first by downloading about 100K first and see if it picks up from there. If not.... leave it overnight like my bro does with Limewire.
Or, if you have it, you could use LimeWire.
Hope it helps some.

I might try Limewire but has anyone heard of FlashGet? It can kind of stop a download and resume it later on...unless AOL signs off by itself. I'll try that first.
BTW, how is the game? I'm
dying
to play it.

If you have a friend with hi-speed, you could probably ask them if you can commandeer it for awhile and dl it to a CD if they have a CD burner. Either that, or use an external hard drive if you have one. That's how I got about 44gb of music from my bro.

I got a decent 37% with FlashGet so far. I'll post if I have any problems.
