oh no! my music!

im not sure if this is the right place if not please move it to the right place. When i launch my game im suppose to hear music but when i open windows media player and stop whatever music i opened i hear the music im supose to hear in my game but when i turn off wmp the music stops. Could someone tell me how to fix it?

It would help if you explain better.

Just restart your computer. The same thing (I think, if I understood you right) happens to me every once in awhile, and restarting generally fixes it.
