Two Questions

1. Is it possible to create a class like Blue Mage from Final Fantasy? (i.e. Monster casts spell and character has a chance of learning it.)
2. Is it possible to set up a job change system? With factors such as if my White Mage learns Cure and I decide to switch to Knight my character still knows Cure but is only level 1 Knight but level XX with White Mage and vice-versa.

as for keeping skills just go to event commands and change the class to knight but check retain current level and to keep old skills, check no change in current skills so he doesnt get any new skills according to his or her level. Also no change in statistics should be checked.
