To runeforger, I wouldn't really say they were being dicks, or even attacking you at all. I don't see it.

What style are your charasets? Are they RTP style, like the little ones that come from the game, or are you using rips from Chain of Memories?

Seriously, how hard is it to make your own stuff? Anyone that remembers me when I first came, I had a decent handful of requests, that never got answered mind you. So instead of crying and complianing about it and calling everyone stupid, I *Gasp!* TRIED TO MAKE MY OWN. Yes, they sucked, but you know what? I worked until they didn't! Now get off your lazy backside and try and make your own if we're not doing this fast enough for you.

ZKX is right though. Nobody can stop you making requests, and you're lucky that despite your being-a-jerk-ness Ed's decided to fulfil this request, but once people get bored of you ordering them to make every single resource for your game, you're going to be very stuck. And you'll wish you'd taken this opportunity to practice your spriting skills.

Same as ZKX, I used to suck as a spriter just like everyone else. But, I practiced making my own Battlecharsets, and I became better.

Anyway, what makes you an expert on "what Charas has turned into" anyway? Not like you're a veteran of the forums.

the only one i saw being close to a dick was ZKX, but thats normal, and he had a bit of a point, but i think he may have went the wrong way of saying it.  i tried to stop anymore argue-ing, but wouldn't you know it, the next post is rune yelling at us.

... i have been on the isle of wight with no internet for 3 weeks... so after reading through all the added stuff since my last post, i have just this to say:

actually, i havnt had this account long, but i have been using charas and searching the forums for just over a year now. so i know quite a lot and i do remember when everyone used to be helpful like ed and not asking stupid questions like these

Unless you have been lurking prior to mid summer 2004, I doubt it. And even if you have, those days are long gone.

Though I totally understand people's reactions, to a point. You've given us no proof that your game has seen significant development. It's like youre just saying "give me everything I need to make my game for me so I don't have to do any work!" With no thread on your game and a low post count, you very closely meet the profile of someone who just requests a lot of stuff for a game that they abandon soon after. Nobody likes the though of spending hours on resources for games that won't even get to the demo stage.

well, unfortuanatly, the game is in need of stuff... like chipsets, im doing the best i can with what in have made, but theres not that much in it as i dont understand the KH emulator i have (its in japanese) so when i am told to go somewhere, i have no clue what im doing. but if you want screen shots, then when i get some more stuf made, i will post them
