Project creation could not be completed!

Whenever I go to create a new project it says "Project creation cannot be completed" What is this? I think ts cuz im using Vista but not sure.

I just tested it (I'm assuming you're using RM2k3), and yes, I get the same error (I'm running Vista too). However, it can be fixed by running the program in admin mode.

Right click the icon you use to run the program and click "Run as Administrator" with the shield, and it'll give you the confirmation box. If you want to have it run it like that all the time, you can set it by checking the box "Always run this program as an administrator" in the Compatibility tab of the program's Options dialog.

Your OS must be half-dead or sommat. My Vista's only problem is that it won't open my blessed help file full of tutorials................. DAMN.

The most likely cause is that rpgmaker can't acess the folder your projects are on, maybe it's protected or the operating system messes with rpgm2k3.

Alternatively, check your "project" folder in the same directory you installed rpgm2k3, and see if there's a folder named new game with nothing on it.
