Looking for chipsets of london :)

Just creating a lara croft game and was wondering if anyone knew of any chipsets of london, i have been having a major hard time trying to find some,  the actual locations im looking to make are busy streets and cafes, another problem is that the characters are not small so im having trouble trying to find ones that actually look right.

The most I can think of are the Theodore chipsets. They're set up like the Mac&Blue/Refmap chipsets. There's a set for 2k3 and for XP on this site, but the site's in french:

If you need stuff like the Parliament building or the Eye, there should be some textures or 3d models out there. I used to be really into google sketchup/google earth, and I used a lot of building models. That's the most I can think of.
