How to make a file of updating?

  then before every thing I greet you because this is my first message in this forum... and I begin instead now with my questions:  
1 - considering that use a lot of frequent your program charas.ex has come me desire to try to already make an updating with addition of file and small corrections of existing file.... here, my principal question is this: how do I do to make an only file that automatically reads as file of updating?  
2 - I have already tried to care new resources and graces to the message of GPI there I/you/they have easily succeeded... but since am I Italian, there earth to try to do an updating of it with names all Italian ones (for instance instead that woman => donna), the problem however it is not this because it would simply be enough to rename her... my worry is to do so that there is no double resources to the opening of the program, only with different names... as I can do?

Simple start the updater. When no update-file exist, a new update-File will be created.

I don't understand your question complete.

But the updater can handle "Missing" files. When you remove resources and then your start the updater, the updater will check this. When somebody runs the update-file, this unneeded files will be deleted.
