World map sized character

hi nathan here i made this character for my game but it looks crap when i try to make/draw it smaller
please could someone remake this character but smaller for a world map
 thanks in advance.

(those who have played choro trigger will know what i mean about the smaller character on world map)

thanks i tried doing that but it just messed the pixels up
