Shroud of Phantasy

This game is unique from other RM games in a few different aspects.

First, it features different characters to choose from at the beginning, each character having a mid sized (1-3 hour) scenario. For those of you have played the RM2K game Exile, it is like that.
They will not join up at the end. You just play the scenarios, and there is a little bonus movie at the end for those who played all four scenarios from beginning to end.

Also, this game is not some "OMG, it's a wizard who wants to destroy/rule the world. Become 1337 and save us." These are just people who are living their lives. The twist is, the will not be to make the right choice in their lives without you guiding them. So, in a sense, you are not the player, you are the conscience.

Also, I am not making anything custom.
By that, I mean CMS, CBS, CSS, etc, etc. Everything is as it should be. I mean, there are those little icons next to the commands in the battle and pause(esc) menu.

-----Lance Greystorm-----
Age: 27
Weapon: Sword
Class: Knight
Command: Swd Art (Sword Arts)
Takes place in: Kirya Castle and Kirya Castle's Dungeon
Story:Sir Lance Greystorm is King Frederick XIII's most powerful and honorable Knight. He does everything a Knight should: protect the weak, save damsels in distress, defend the castle...all the things Knight's would do. Well, he used to do all that. Now, he guards the Armory. Although not sure why the King put him on such rotten duty, he does what he must. One day, while watching the Weapons, a Knight enters, and attacks him. He dispatches the traitor, an leaves to report this to the King.

Class: Wanderer
Command: Magic (Magical Forces)
Takes place in: Irea, Forges Mountains, Forges Forest.
Story:Daniel calls himself "Zero" because he says that is how many people that care for him. To answer a possible question, no, he is not emo, just a loner. Zero lives in the depths of Forges Forest and Forges Mountains respectively, depending on the atmosphere and ambience he wants. As he travels through the town of Irea, he sees a woman of a beauty, he says "That was not thought as a possibility on the mortal plane." Basically, he thought such beauty was impossible in this life. He sees this woman is in the process of being mugged. Though, after she is mugged, the thieves approach her, wanting to rape her. Zero dashes in front of the thieves to stop their crime.

Class: Archer
Command: Archery (Master Archery)
Takes place in: Dsenti Ruins
Story:A very spirited woman, she is interested in one thing: Treasure. She intends on getting it too...no matter the cost. This is what leads her to Dsenti Ruins. Rumors floating around say that a gem lies deep within that costs an amount of money that will let you buy in your own kingdom, and still have plenty left over to spend on miscellaneous items. She ignores the other rumors of an ancient guardian whom watches over it, and goes after the treasure.

Weapon: Pistol
Class: Gunner
Command: Gunner (taking suggestions that are 6-7 words long)
Takes place in: Grudez Cavern, Jorale
Story:A very intelligent, but very powerful marksman, she makes her living as a bounty hunter. She is going through the Jorale Pub when she hears of a Chimera in the Grudez Caverns, and that the eagle head is worth 30,000, but the price jumps to 150,000 if you can get the snake tall and dragon dead as well. Naturally, she takes the job. She gets to the cavem thinking this is going to be easy, as she has fought Chimeras before. None, however, like this. And never in a cavern so full of traps.

It wont be quality of The Legend of the Philosepher's stone, or your game, but it will be at least above average.

Not really.

You're just playing though each scenario, seeing how each persons life takes a dramatic change.
