Valcon Sky 1 (my very first game.Remade!!!)

well....that's the link to the demo.The demo is kind of short,but if you download and try it,please,please tell me what you think!
If the people who actually play it are wondering why everything is so....awkward....it's because it's basically a re-made version of the very first game i made using RPG maker! WOOT!

anywhoo....here's the basic story:

-Young Valcon grew up with his father, Hame, in the small town of Oria. Hame taught Valcon everything he knew; from fishing,fighting and hunting to walking. However, Hame, being an Ex-Pirate, spoke with an odd accent which Valcon never caught on to,talking just like any 'normal' person would. One day, however, the great King Alexan because i don't want to gader fell sick and soon died, leaving his son Zachery in his place as king. With the newly crowned king in the throne, monsters and other fierce beasts began to multiply, increasing in numbers and in power each passing day. One day,after the coming of the new king, a great fire started in Oria, killing many people and causing others to flee for their lives. Now, the great elders find that a great omen lurks over their land and that it is not safe to stay there anymore. Since that day,many people tried to stray away from the village, only entering it if they really needed to.

Valcon set out to fish one faithful day....but he did not catch anything...nor did he see anything.This. my friends, is where a great story shall unfold and tale which trancends time shall begin.

Bio: He is Tea's younger brother and a skilled Status mage.

Is he away while the fire starts?

It's a solid way to start a game, but it's packed full of cliches.

He had been away before it, but was in the town when it happened.
When the game starts he only returned from a short while of fishing.


And about the Cliche part; I know there are lots of them in it. lol.  But 2 years ago when i first made this game it was ALOT shorter...but basically had the same storyline. However, now i am telling the story in a 'better' way....as some could put it. This remade version of the game is going to be longer and have a more solid, yet cliche-type plot. However, i decided to add my own twists to it this time around and they can only be seen by playing the full game when i get it finished.

And if people are wondering why the mapping is bad and such:
I wanted to keep some parts of the original in contact with this one. I lost the original version when my computer was given to my aunt (T_T).

Well, you can watch the ship be destroyed and the rock blown away all before you even go to the town.  It's kind of odd as people who aren't in your party are talking... >_>

T_T at this rate no ones gonna want to download the full version...let along play it!. Lol.

Anywhoo.....thanks for telling me about the flaws and events that shoulden't happen. I fixed those events and while doing so foun yet ANOTHER error. (-.-) a savepoint graphic is missing...but i also fixed that too.

Oh, and for the people who happen to download it, please give me feedback so i'll know that some people are interested (even though i doubt it.)

Valcon: well...it's pretty obvious. (Val-Kon)

Hame: (Ha-May)

Tea: (Tay-Ah)
