You see, I really like the whole charas generatator thing, and I've been wanting to make a game that has create-a-character system, and I was wondering how you put all the layering, choices, layout, and basicly how you put the whole thing together. If Alex, or anyone, can help me out, that would be greate. Thanks!
P.s. I'm really sorry if this isn't the right forum.

If you are making it in RPG Maker, you are out of luck. Alex made the generators in PHP (I believe), and its not possible to do in RPG Makers of any kind.

I know, I'm not gonna use rpgmaker. Do you know if there is anything I can use, though?

The generators were made with PHP, which is a programming language specifically for use on the internet. It's basically used to make a webpage dynamically (IE not the same page every time you visit, such as a forum showing different threads)
In order to understand how the generators work, you require a good knowledge of programming and PHP, and even then that would not aid you in figuring out how to put this into your own game - they are two completely different applications of the same idea.
If you really want to put this into your game, I suggest that you first figure out how you are going to make your game - I suspect it is possible in RPG Maker, but the two ways I am thinking of are both clunky and not worth the effort. Well, at least one of them is.
Find a game-making system you want to use and start working with it. Try to make a little fangame with it just to learn how it works. Once you feel you have a handle, try to learn some more complicated tasks with it. By this point you should have the knowledge to figure out how to do it yourself - there is no "easy tutorial" someone can give you to make something like this.
If you simply want to do it now and not have to work through the learning process, you're out of luck. Such custom features are always the product of a lot of time spent to learn and figure things out yourself.
Good luck!

I see it is complicated. I will try making a game, learning about these things, and all that. I'm pretty sure you can't get it into rpgmaker, so I might try making a game with game maker and see what I can do. Thank you for the help!
P.S. gamemaker is pretty compatible, right? Is anything else more compatible? Is to make every possible character the person can create and put it in the game one of the overly not worth the effort ways to put it in rpg maker? What is the other?
