battle and face set needed please

Could someone make a battle sprite and face set for my overworld sprite please. Also if anyone could make my overworld sprite look cooler that would be er... cool too! I'm not too sure about addin images yet so i may not be able to add sprite image, if i can't could anyone tell me how?

Sprite description:-
-short blonde hair a little spikey, like the blue haired npc on rpg maker, eye colour doesn't matter
-black ninja costume with a mask that only covers his mouth, it has long cloth blowing in the wind where it is tied, if you get what i mean.
-no weapon, i want to add different weapon animations to him, and how he would hold a weapon is up to you
