I know i can draw but i have abosolutey no idea about animating things on making movies that are rm2k3 compatiable so i am asking for the assistance of one of your guys here.

anyway, Did you try looking on Google? Or instead of a movie could you try just scripting an event in RM2k3?

In the spirit of not being a total jackass, here's some links to get you started:

Making the movie in flash would be a good start. There's tutorials you can find around the net if you don't know how to use it. Not to mention the help files are great themselves.

 Then you just convert the resulting SWF into an AVI. Or MPEG - can't remember which one RPG Maker will accept.

but the thing is im make to game
one thats native indan and cowboys and the 7 year wars
and one thats a cross of japan in the good old of japanese wars
but i put ninjas in to it

and i help out here some time so
i ask for help on some things
if i can make it as i may not be good at it
and if some one helps me
i like to see if i can help them
in what  i can most of the i messup
but we all can not be good at some thing
