Na i never got into xeno saga. Someone wanted whats her name. So i made them a sprite.
And the only thing differnt from my sprites and everyone elses, is that they have more of an anime feel to them. Larger looking heads, thx to thier hairstyles.

I'm not entirely happy with the way the hair bounces, but it's the original bounce from the adult, so I didn't mess with it--yet.
I've made two without the skip, but haven't yet fixed the arms...but I'll submit them next so you can see the two alternatives for the hair's bounce. It's just the difference between having the hair flip up during one half of the animation vs. during the other half.
And, yeah, the overalls SO do not go with this haircut. I'm gonna get to that............eventually. (One can hope.)

The first option for hair bounce (again, sorry about the arms).

And the other option for hair bounce. Not sure which looks better...anyone have a preference? (Probably best to change the filenames to something shorter so you can tell which is which once you've loaded them in RPGMaker.)

Getting a bit busier on this end...don't have time to work on more kids for the moment. But I'll update this thread whenever I get a chance. And as long as there's no rush--NO rush--feel free to post requests on which type of kids you'd like to see, or specific RTP chars you'd like to see in kid form. I'll get to them when I get a chance, assuming the task is not too hard (I'm still not good at this).
Oh, and I know I still have to do:
1. Futuristic Kids
and
2. Kids who don't skip

Just to get this on the first page so people can read it... other than that, I don't expect to come back to this thread. Maybe if I make a bunch of new resources for my website, I'll post here so you know to look for them. Anyway, the key point is: My RTP kid edits are now on my website, which is at:
http://www.geocities.com/kilyle.geo/Craft/Games/Resources/index.htm
...and you can therefore spare Charas-Project the bandwidth of reading this thread, and just check there.
Don't expect updates too often. I don't put much time or energy into making resources, given what else is in my life right now. But who knows? Maybe I'll get bit by the editing bug again.
