So....you want to make all this stuff...But have no idea where to find it...
Honestly, you shouldn't endevour in this if you don't know how to do it yourself to en extent. I mena, if you can code this, then surely you can find some lousy resources.
Also, this should have gone in the requests forum.

I think what he meant is "What kind of programs does one use to make sprites?"
A good place to start is just messing around in MSPaint. Use the magnifying glass tool to zoom in and just mess around until you get experience in making what you think looks good.
