RPG Maker Help

Hello, I've found this character maker on the web, (which is this one). And
it's excellent! I've created about, hmm, 50 or more characters already.
But, then, I have a question. How to I lower the zoom level, and, how
come whenvever I save the character, I try to put it on RPG Maker XP, (I know how to put it on). But then, all of a sudden, my character ends up not walking right,
he ends up going by frame, not the usual way someone would walk!
Like, you know, like if I'm walking up, he'll do the next frame, but instead
of keeping a steady pace and walking forward, the other frame comes up,
but the frame from where he's standing is still there!


Please help! And I know this is pretty long!
