Need help and some poses

As you can see, I made some poses for that guy, although most of them doesn't look right.

Here's what I need done:
- Can anyone tilt upwards the head of the middle chara in all the laughing poses? (because he just looks like he's talking or something).
-And the winking pose. Does it look a bit strange to you? If it does, feel free to fix it.
-I need some other poses like fishing, climbing, sitting and waving too.
-If you find anything wrong with any of the poses, can you plz fix them plz?
- And if you can, can you make other poses (preferably like the treasure of the rudras poses).
-I'm still a noob at this and if you can find any good spriting tuts website, feel free to gimme the link.
