Building Construction Chipset

I've been working on a project known as Lunar Eve and I got a great idea for something to implement in the game.  What I would need is a chipset that would have fantasy-realm buildings (old wooden houses and such) not fully constructed.  At the least, I'd like to find a chip/char set with some things that could show buildings about to be created, like stacks of wood, some tools here and there, so on.

Any help would be great, and if the system works, I have no problem sharing it!

Should be good.  If not, Im sure I can get it to work.  The piles of rubble should do me just fine, and the rest can be done from there.
