Ive tried to upload a charset 3 times and im confused as to how it works because it gives me what looks like a confirmation page but its in italian and then i return to teh resources page and look up my name and i get nothing could someone enlighten me here???

You have to wait a few hours or however long it takes for a person on the complete resource team to approve it. If it isn't any good or if it breaks one of the rules (stolen, edit without permission) then it won't get added.
