Final Fantasy Hell

Alright I am using RmXP to create a game based on the man in Kalm town of Final Fantasy VII. "WTF" you say? Well, he makes for a good classic RPG story.
The story as in FF-7...
The old man in the house of Kalm town that gives you various things upon the exchange of items has a brother. His brother has been sent to hell and this man needs a Guidebook that was sunk with a ship to find him. He (for some reason) needs a Desert Rose and an Earth Harp as well. He possesses an Underwater Materia (for underwater breathing) a Gold Chocobo (WTF) and powerful Master level materias (WTF!?!?).
The story as in FF-H...
The story begins in a very dark time. Mako energy has been found and a company known as ShinRa Inc. has manufactured machines to harness the energy. Soon the machines become too bothersome to move arond from Mako pool to Mako pool so ShinRa invents the Mako Reactor. Mako Reactors are placed in key locations around the planet to draw great amounts of Mako energy.
Two boys playing in a field...a storm brews in the skies. The clouds part in a ring and descending is a lance-a very big lance. The enormous lance lands directly on the black-haired little boy. He screams and vanished from the planet. A man in a long white coat walks close from the grasslands...cackling madly...
In heaven...a black-haired boy is judged by a being beyond comprehension. He is found guilty of a life, while short, filled with sin and scentenced to hell. A six-winged messenger is sent from the heavens to inform the blond-haired boy that his brother is in hell, guilty of a sin-filled life. He tells the boy that repentance is too late for his brother who must stay there forever. However, should anyone travel to hell without being scentenced there that person could defeat the King of evil himself and make a deal with him. If he should make this deal he will give his own spirit in exchange for another's to remain in hell for torment and torture for eternity. Bahamut Zero, the messenger, gives the boy a Guidebook to hell. The little boy does not understand this messenger and is afraid of his grizzly appearance. But he never forgets...
Years later...ShinRa has taken over as the only known manufacturer of Mako. Midgar is turned into a hellishly poor town built only of slums where it is said no plant-life can grow. A blond-haired man lives in the house his parents built and passed in the town of Kalm. He grows older through his years even taking on a wife but never forgetting what the messenger had told him. One day he makes a sea expedition to search for Hell as he was told the portal to Hell was in a special place deep under the planet's ocean. His ship comes into contact with a storm just like the one that killed his brother and as the blackened sky parts in a ring....a gunge lance falls from the sky...
The ship is wrecked and to save his life and the lives of his crewmen, he unties the lifeboats and escapes...but leaving the Guidebook to Hell...
Much later...a spiky, blond-haired boy with Mako-enriched eyes comes to the town of Kalm looking for a man in a black cape. He comes into contact with a now white-haired man that lives in Kalm town. The man explains that he is not concerned with a man in a black cape and is only concerned with finding the Guidebook.
But the Mako-eyed boy found the guidebook in ShinRa's underwater reactor! In exchange for the Guidebook he lost, the man gives the boy one of his two Underwater materias (the mastered one), a special materia that is said to be the product of the creation of a Weapon from the planet. The Guidebook explains that one must travel far underwater to fight the planet's keeper and retrieve the Earth Harp then travel the planet's harshest deserts to find the planet's destroyer and retrieve the Desert Rose.
"A map that was sunk along with the ship.....Guidebook tells the location of the gates of Hell.
A rose that blooms once every 1000 years...Desert Rose will open the gates of Hell for one.
A harp that soothes those who hear it......Earth Harp will be given to the King of Evil along with the trader's soul to set one other soul free.
I wonder if there's anyone who'll bring these to me?"
Title Screen (resized from 640x480 to 320x240 to fit charas)
Gameplay:
Materia will not function as it did in FF7 but will be a one-use spell teacher. Some materia can be bought, others can only be found.
I havn't gotten any names for the characters yet. But I will say this, Cid from FF7 is the _only_ character from FF7 you can play.
I have no idea what other gameplay elements to add but I would love some ideas.
Guest Starring!
Cloud from FF7 (3 times)
Cloud from KH (1 time)
Zack from FF7 (1 time)
THERE ARE NO OTHER FF7 STARS!!!!! DO NOT ASK ME TO PUT ANY OTHER FF7 CHARACTERS IN THE GAME. THIS IS NOT AN FF7 FANGAME, I REPEAT _NOT_ AN FF7 FANGAME.
Please leave questions and comments! Thanks.

Well, technically, it is a fangame, because it's drawing story elements from FF7. But it's one of the more unique fangames out there,

Seriously it does sound really cool, even if it is a fan game, but a cool game, probably better than mine will turn out. Good luck with it.

I'm going to really keep it original. I only got the idea from the FF7 guy. Oh and don't worry about playing as an onld gray-haired guy you'll find a mako reactor and fall in...making your skin younger. (somehow...lol)
