Okay, I want to start a "thing" like the RP threads that are already here.  The story will be started by whoever can make a good beggining first, and will be played out from there.  If you want to join, just post info on you'r character.  A few rules though:
1. No amazingly powerful godlike charcters.  lol
2. Don't make events in the story that make no sense please.
3. All Welcome to join.  
So ill start off with my character.

Bio: Link is a Bounty Hunter who is searching fo an ancient relic.  He takes random jobs in hopes of finding this relic.  The Relic is said to grant its master what its heart desires most.  Which now is unknown to everyone.  

Vessel: Zhagnol- This ship was primarily made for shipping cargo.  But since Link heard of the race, he has stolen the ship,(because he doesnt have enough money) and has re-worked it just enough so that it could race.  It may not look it, but the additions that have been added to the ship will eather make it or break it.

Bio: Zaknafein was raised in Ched Nasad, a Drow city in the underground of Calimshan. He is the son of Matron Mother Naerth of the famous Naerth family. Zaknafein is often praised for his strong magical powers and some say he has gained the favor of Kiaransalee herself. Zaknafein is one of the few male Drow to ever gain the favor of a diety because the Drow are a matriarchal society. He was sent on a 'Trial of Kiaransalee' when he attained 18 and completed sucessfully with ease which brought the rumor of 'Zaknafein, Kiaransalee's Prodigy'.

 Vessel: SouthWind An airship made only for races, by Grandy, it was made so it could be controlled by only one person, but it can support up to 30 people in it. It has only one cannon, and would probably lose to any fight. It looks like FF9 Prima Vista, only a little smaller. It turn ons if someone clap the hands, and off if someone claps the hands three times, so its really annoyin in birthday parties.

Okay, here's the story.  

This World is a calm and peaceful world that never new Evil or anything of that nature.  The King has fallen upon an ancient relic that grants the user one wish.  The King in his "giving" nature, decides to have a World Wide Race to determin who gets to use it.  The winner of this race will be granted possesion of this ancient relic.  But as the "racers" begin to form, an unsespecting evil prepares itself, for it has a wish.  A wish of total control of every race of people  in the world.

Now, since this is a different type of RP, youo have to include in your posted charcter, clearly, the name of your vessel.  They will all be airships, and you are allowed one unique attribute to it.  Nohing too good.  If I think it's too good, I will PM you and we will sort it out.  Be sure to include a description of your vessel.  And if you are a charcter that wants to tag along with some one elses ship, than say so as you ship name.  (Make it in bold so it is vissible)  Comments on the story are welcome if you think something should be changed.  So thats it.

Bio: An ancient DragonSlayer who believes he is human. He is vengeful for his friend Sino who was killed by a Dragon long ago, seemingly without reason. He was soon taken in by the Slayers' Circle, a secret band of DragonSlayers, and he was later given the Seed of Ages, which grants unnatural long life and strength. A few years later, the time of the final assault came. The Slayers' Circle attacked the heart of Dragon Territory. No-one from either side was left alive - except for Dragonium.
   Now around 5000 years old, Dragonium has come to hear of the King's race. He knows that it is likely that the best racers will line up to race, and he will probably not be able to keep up to their standard, but he feels in his heart that it is just another path he must take on his quest for knowledge.

Vessel: Heartland. An airship that Dragonium helped to design for the assault on Dragon Territory. It is designed more for battle than for speed, but with several small adjustments, Dragonium has turned it into an acceptable race craft. It may still be slower than normal, but with its manouverability and powerful weaponry on board, it is certainly not to be trifled with.

story: He is the son of a human landlord and a slave. The landlord did not want to recognize him as his son, so he abandoned him, and when he was 10 years old, his mother died, since then he ws "raised in the streets". To escape from his unbearable pain, he writes poetry and sings at bars about his sadness, and to take care of himself, he trained as a swordsman. He traveled through many places and worked as a merc to train. He got the Dancing Edge for killing an ogre at a far away village. Since then he doesn't work as a merc no more and only frequents bars where people are willing to listen to his sad story...

Personality: Merciful before a battle, but vicious and unforgiving during a fight
Alignment: Depends on who's chasing him
Bio: A former freelance bounty hunter, no guild would hire him due to his rashness when hunting down a bounty. Although his success rate was 98% of 133, he became a fugitive when his region of Gerynick's government chose him as a patsy for many numerous illegal activities they committed. He was only 18 when this happened and for the last 6 years he's done nothing but try and avoid those hunter's after him. He earned his nickname Trigger Gaurd for his tendency to allow all his oppenents, even those who wish to kill him, the chance to leave and not fight. Those that choose to fight usually aren't around long enough to make another bad choice. The Unforgiver bullet is a bullet with a shell filled with a specific mixture of gunpowder and other materials that when ignited forces the bullet out of the chamber at such speeds that it can pierce nearly 10 ft of steel. It was given it's name because when it's coming at you there is nothing you can do, it will not forgive you for what you've done.

Vessel: K-178-2 a.k.a. Resentment- The K-178-2 was a medium sized ship, built for the task of hunting down fugitives and escapees. This one in-particular is the only one ever hit with one of his Unforgiver bullets that was still operational after being hit. Taking it as a good sign, he improved it's armor ten-fold, upgraded the cannons on board, improved its thrusters and shrinked it's cockpit to a size more befitting of a war craft. Although it was built for optimum abillity in areal combat and escape, it's beginning to get a little wear and tear from it's 3 years of constant usage with no professional repairs or tune-ups.

Bio:Law is on his side,a noble and honorable man. Used to be a cop in the department. He is a former criminal,until 6 years of prison. He had a very bad childhood,he used to suffer the worst beatings a child could have,he was very tough as a cop,until he made the worst mistake,he killed 50 citizens in a shoot out. He was given 2 months in pison,(because criminals lead him there)
he just got out of prison now. What he'll do next we'll never know.


Vessel: K-178-3 a.k.a. Killer Cop-Built for Ex-policemen who went to jail. Freshly made. Very new. Modified to fire missles,shoot a machine gun,and sea to land to air transformation. The only downside is it cannot move fast on land. Very futureistic. Car-sized.
