ok, now most of you know, im a think-and-eventualy-give-up game designer XD, but now, i have finnaly gotten myself to get an idea, and finish it, its more of an action adventure game, and the dbs wont return in it very much, it will be more of a hack and slash game lol.
ok, ill first give you all the character profiles ^^,
Name : Raven
Age : unknown
Specie : crow
Job : assasin
Character info :
Height : 1, 50 m
Weight : 45 kilo
Eye colour : red/orange
Muscle : medium
Aspect info :
Best aspect : sneaking
Baddest aspect : direct attacks
Sneaking aspect :
Raven is an assasin so sneaking is his life, he wanders the world in search of people wanting to hire him.
He sneaks in silence, and he uses all dark spots that he can get.
Raven is one of the best sneakers in the whole world, due to his sneaking, he is not recognized in some towns.
He is even a stranger to some towns, its of importance that Raven can sneak, elseway he would have been long dead already, he only goes face-to-face with an enemy unless there is no other way for him to kill it.
Characteristics :
Raven is a dark person with a dark look, and low voice.
He does not talk very much, because he sneaks, and assasinates all the time.
Known as a sneaker in some towns, people beg Raven to kill a bandit, or outlaw.
When he feels goodhearted he goes and kill it, if his bad hearted at that time, his leaving the outlaw alone.
Raven uses all his skills to survive, what makes Raven so dark is, the shadows,
Being in the shadows for so long will make you dark, and evil looking.
Ravens only way of surviving is his job, if he stops this, he will die of eitherway hunger, or other hunters.

Height : 1, 94 m
Weight : 85 kilo

Muscle : strong
Aspect info :
Best aspect : trading
Baddest aspect : sneaking
Trading aspect :
Targoth is a trader, he travels the world to trade his deadly, and poisonous toys.
He is also trading between shops, and other traders, he offers them something, and they take it.
All traders know what happens when you dont take the offer.
Targoth will use the toy he wanted to offer, on you, and kill you with it, in the most horrible way.
He is one of the lost souls, so he can take another form if he wants.
Targoth, is a tall deadly character, but is a good friend, when he is your ally.
Characteristics :
Targoth, is a dark person, but he does not show that very much.
When he hides his darkness, he is a nice, and loving person, he does not hate any one.
Tough targoth doesn’t hate any one, outlaws and bandits do try to rob him.
But they only try to, 75% of the attacking bandits never came back to theyre camp.
And it whas all when they wanted to rob, a dark tall trader.
Targoth is a smart person, who will set traps if he wants, but he doesn’t have to,
He can always try and be ally’s with others, that is what he tries first.
The dark side of targoth is evil, and deadly, he can become this, on command.
He then rampages trough his enemy’s with his deadly claws, and slaughters them like animals.

Specie : squirl
Job : proffesor

Height : 0, 95
Weight : 25 kilo
Eye colour : yellow/orange
Muscle : low

Best aspect : speed and hiding
Baddest aspect : defence
Speed and hiding aspect :
Squarl is very fast, with this, he can fly past or even trough enemy’s with a blink of an eye.
In speed squarl has almost no rival, the speed aspect of squarl is the best of all the fast creatures.
Also squarl is good at hiding, he can hide himself that good, that he can easily wait, and run.
This is of importance for squarl, because he is not only a proffesor, but also a thief.
So he hides and then goes away with the stuff he needs.
Characteristics :
When squarl whas still a proffesor, one of his students crashed an experiment.
This experiment, whas a squirl changing experiment.
Some of this stuff, fell into proff. Squarls drink, and he drank it.
A day later he whas evil, and not that alone, but he whas also a squirl! He had sworn he would kill the one,
Who did this to him, he is now a dark squirl, wanting revenge, he tries to achieve things nobody tries.
He is a crazy squirl proffesor, now known for stealing stuff, and creating dangerous drinks.
His mansion, or better sayd factory is filled with all sorts of stuff, he uses this for evil plans.
To destroy all those who oppose him!
well these are the characters, id like some oppinions on them,
oh and ofcourse wich character would you be?
as for the main idea of the game :
in the game you choose one of the three main characters.
and each with uniqeu skills and attacks.
in the beggining of the game, your character gets somewhat in trouble with an evil force, this force captures you, and will let you choose the light or the dark, each options are different.
if you choose the light you will be able to cast holy attacks, and fight darkness, also you can summon beasts, that are ofcourse light.
but if you choose the dark side, you cast a spell of darkness over your enemy, and you spawn dark creatures.
when you have chosen your side, you will get mission, and know the truth, of what your side actually is.
the dark side is the side of betrayal, and death.
the light side is for trust, and life.
thats the main idea of the game, choose your side, and fight the oposite.
i havent finished the story's, because each character has his own story.
also my game will have a system called : the critter system.
critters are small furry, or cute creatures that wander around the world, there are some options that you can choose from when you see a critter, you can :
eat :
pick the critter up, and eat it to gain back some lifepoints.
take :
take the critter and sell it at a shop, or warehouse.
attack :
or you can attack the critter, to gain experience.
thats about all the information im giving right now.
i will update this thread, and ill be working on the game as much as i can, oh, and wen its done, i will use my site, and upload it to the site, so you can play it.
well, i hope you like my new idea, and then now...comments!

Choosing a character and alignment. Not a bad idea. But you know it's going to take you longer to do it, and the longer it is, the less likely you'll finish it, right?
EDIT: I love the idea of a professor-turned-evil-squirrel as a main character.

well yeah, but choosing your alligment and character is in the beggining of the game, so it wont probably take long.
or you mean by skils and character stuff.
well that...it wont be taking that long, its just pushing yourself trough that.

well theyre side isnt evil yet!
they have to choose an alligment,
so they look evil, but are neutral...lol.
and thats easy, they just...do so XD

Its good to look evil if you fight evil cause then the evil side wont expect you untill you strike!!! Like undercover or something.
But I had an idea like this before. To chose betwen good/evil in my game, exept it was that you had to chose between the guy(good) and the girl(evil) but it wasnt evil/good it was the empire(concidered as evil) and the rebellions(concidered good)
but like any other game... I failed to continue.

well, i whas working on targoth's story an hour ago,
and when im not working on the story, i try making sprites that i can base my charactersets of, im now working on an owl-like sprite...

to DF :
about my sig, if you think im gonna use the origonal characters in my game, it is not so, i got the sig made just to get an overview of what the characters are like, so when i make them rpgmaker characters, they arent the same, its that you know that.
and what i dont understand is, i DO get seud, with my sig.
and another with a sonic sig just gets away with it.
