You are a theif in jail. You have nothing to do but wait for yourself to die. Then in the distance of the hall you hear a faint yell of pain. Then you see someone come into your cell area. It's an old friend come to bust you out. You try to leave but guards block you. You have only one shot. You run to the mine carts and start rolling away. The gaurds follow you and the chase is on.
i only have one little bio.
Name: Vince Klevens
Occupation: Theif
Age: 37
Weapon: Fist & Small Knives
Bio: Started off as a small time pickpocket at a small city. It quickly elevated when he killed a young woman to get her money which was only $172. He was found later and arrested. He was sentenced to life without parole.
Tell me if you think it sounds alright.

hmm i was thinking and i have some.
*You actually need too be a crimer when ur out aswell. The cops are looking 4 U. You cant just get a new life that easy. And it would be cooler if u on the beginning, Made him able too rob a clothes store. So he gets a new look. (He may have some prison clothes in beginning). Then a bank so u get some starting money. But i dont know how too rob a bank if u need weapons. And hes just out from prison. So that u will need too figure out by your self.
*If he had a family before i think he shall visit them and maybe make a phone call ( too a crimer he used too be with as young, which can be a 2nd hero on your quest). Toghether u can wipe out the Police group. ( i wouldent make the whole cop circile be after u just some squad that wants u or needs u.) Then u have too wipe that squad out and get rid of all existing evidence so u can start a new life.
i kinda made that up while i wrote it. Now when i read it its seems kinda odd. But som parts of it are cool. Hope it helps

Theivry skills are a must. Dificulty to steal ranges depending on what item your stealing, what kind of lock you're picking, what dark it is when prowling, etc.

i have night and day tutorial in tutorial section if u need. And as shinotebasiiackh said. You maybe can make different locks and make the character pick them up ( in different long times ). And maybe gain skill so he can pick faster. But that will be pretty hard, I would say atleast.
I will tell u if i gain anymore ideas. Ill keep an eye on this topic

Hey srry for the double post but I've got to know. I'm thinking on making this game kinda GTA style now so I'm just gonna make one big BIG city and I was thinking. Does anyone think I should use music in this game? It would probably be boring if I didn't but, I dunno. If you think I should give me some music that would fit into this.
After finishing the mini game in the front of the game you end up losing the cops in the woods. Well you end up in that big city i was talking about and you have to first find a pay phone to call an old friend. After that you have to go to the clothes store and since your in jail clothes they won't let you buy anything so you have to take it by force. While your chosing out of the clothes you want, (you can choose out of 3 styles of clothes in the beggining) they are calling the cops. When you walk out the cops have surrounded the store. Your friend drives through the cops and you jump in the car. Your friend drives away and takes you to a safe house. BTW your friends name is Rei pernounced ray. Anyway. He give you a pistol and Then gives you an address. I'll stop here.
Little much but can someone find some music for my over map to fit this style?

call it "Pretty Lame"
lol, j/k
How about:
Cat and Mouse
Chase Me
Wanted
A Crime Theory
Life In a Rock
On A Leash
On the Run
On the Move
Out of Bounds
Bound and Tied
Roaming
Serial Life
Barcode Life
Memorable
Foreverable
Set Fire
Blazed Anew
Some of those are kinda cliche, but they're just ideas.
