Signature problem

I decided that I want to put an image on my signature(png). But when I putted the usual "img" of html, it did not showed. I just want to post an image and destroy my neighbor's house! Erh...forget the last one...
now that I'm talking about signatures, I also have the problem that, when I made a link to a site(the one on my signature), I clicked on it, but it moved me to a page of this forums with a teddy bear! I need to know how do other people make links that actually shows the correct site and not that annoying bear!(or whatever that is).(I used the "a href="whatever" command.
Note: If anyone still thinks that I want to destroy my neighbor's house, that's not true. I'll finish this post now so I can look for the dynam... shoe box
