FMA, Inuyasha (Don't say anything >.<), FLCL (Seen the 1st episode and loved it...), Cowboy Bebob, Samurai Champloo (this one is so much fun :D ), and .hack (Haven't seen much of this its still cool >.<)

Anyways I think thats it...why isn't FMA on the list?

I guess Ragnarok the Animation if that one counts... otherwise Naruto... Or Trinity Blood (Only seen 3 episodes in the anime, And I LOVED it)

Man, I tend to be selective about animes. Paranoia type thing. My cousins always liked it and now he's 30 years old with nothing but posters and figures of anime chicks in swimsuits, still living with his mom. Makes me a little wary of becoming addicted to it.
