Hmmm... maybe... I usually use paint for ripping, then I use another thing to convert them to 256, without hardly any color loss, which is somthing I have been needing.

The lines seem very rigid... too zig-zaggy. I think it is because they are so small but it takes away from the effect. There must be a way to clean that up somehow.
That said, they are pretty well drawn. I like' em. You are using Paint, right? Drawing in paint is terribly hard... anyway, you
are
good for a first timer, but more practice never hurt anyone.
