RMXP Facesets

I need some help. I need facesets for several of my RMXP characters...each needs to be 96x96 in size...does anyone think it is possible to make them? (Yes, I know they are the battlers to RMXP, but I can't make 96x96 facesets out of them...and I'm not good enough at editing to make the emotions anyway) I need emotions, like mad, happy, sad, angry, depressed, you know...all of that...does anyone think they can help? I've been after these for almost a year now...

Is it possible to get a faceset of the girl in red so she has glowing red eyes? You know...like a demonic look kinda thing? That would be VERY helpful.
