HeLP on my game i need help

Hi everyone i am noobpwner and need help making cutscenes for my rpg (for rm2k3) plz anyone help.

So far i need a;
chip set editor (for maps)
chara editor (battle chars and normal)
cutscene maker (for cutscenes)

I have the plot down If you want to help post here.

The game is about a character (you name em so like his name is whatever you choose)Well ill call him eric here.  Well anyway the guy is at his lake tryin to get away from the city and for the last like 20 days there has been rain.  So everyday he goes out to see rain, rain, and you guessed it MORE RAIN!  The game starts one day when "eric" walks outside and theres a bolt of lightning that look like it hit the constibles house in the town.  So "eric"  goes to the constibles house and like finds a ghost like thing there and witches around a pentagram.  
"Eric"  atacks them but he gets atacked by some shadow(first battle)
then it goes on from there.  This game has alot of caves and dark places in it.

You should at least post the story and other basic info about the game such as the characters. If people don't know anything about your game, they'll be very unlikely to help.

Geez, cut the guy a break meiscool. Just because a person is new here and doesn't know how everything works, it doesn't mean you can go and bash him like that. Its not like he meant to do this or has done it repeatedly.

The plot seems very interesting and very original. If you work hard at this, I can see this becomming a very good game.

Unfortunatly I won't be able to help you at all with this. I'm all tied up with my cbs project, plus after that I have some stuff I need to do for some people that I haven't gotten around to yet, especially robotam :p

Basically saying my petpev = noobs/ Your petpev=me when I'm mean to noobs

Thus, if you want me to stop posting crap to crush da noobs, stop posting crap about being pissed off.

And, I can show my opinion about a game as much as I want. You wouldn't call someone as *** for saying the game sounds cliche, I just pointed out where it's cliche from, so quit over reacting, dur.

Theres a differnce between saying something like "the raining part is cliche because its in the bible" and..

So grow up. You're entitled to your own opinions, but you should have enough respect for other people and their projects to be respectful on what you say about them. Being a jackass doesn't accomplish anything.

On a side note, like everyone says, the story is nice but could use a bit of work...and major twists are always welcome.
