Well it could be a mac OS, I doubt they come with ms paint. But yeah, seriously, if you have a windows computer, it has paint. Its ms paint, but in the accesories its called paint. My grandparents just bought a used computer that is like 14 years old, everything was wiped off of their 4 gb hard drive, they hardly had anything. The games that usually come with windows weren't there, but even they had paint.

Usually I give people the benifit of the doubt, but its kinda hard to believe you're not just screwing with us. I could understand if this was your first week on a computer, but otherwise yeah..

Ok, lets say you really don't know all this stuff. Stop asking questions right away! You have to play around with your computer and such to figure out how to do things. You asked where the database in rm2k3 was, if you would have just played around with rm2k3 for a few seconds, you would have found it on your own. Same thing with an emulator, they're not that hard to figure out, you just have to mess with it a bit. If you just play around with your computer and rm2k3 instead of trying to get all the answers from us, you'll learn a lot more and get the feel for it.
