To my knowledge, the plot concept is original... the idea of potentially having both organisations against you is a good one, meaning the heroes would have to form their own force... maybe I just like Suikoden too much, but that would be pretty cool.

However, about the screenshots... I know I'm not a particularly great mapper, but they are VERY bare. You need the font patch also... but don't think I don't like your game because of it. Story and gameplay are paramount to me, and it sounds like yours could be a good story if executed well.

Good luck with this project, I'll keep looking...

Your story isn't bad. Normally I am against plots that have you going out and searching for anything for a great deal of the plot, in your case, it may be the sword. As long as you don't spend a great majority of the plot focusing on finding this sword, I think the plot could turn out pretty good

The maps are pretty bare, but its good to hear that you're working on them.

This is kinda off topic, but why not just copy and paste your info here instead of linking to a topic on your site? Originally that is why I never replied to this topic. Usually I'm downloading stuff, and with my dial up connection (which depending on the file size, can take a couple of weeks), so  pages load extreamly slow for me. It would be far more convienent for everyone if you would just post your info and updates here instead of just redirrecting us every time.

Oh, and the custom shop thingy sounds pretty cool, I'll be interested in seeing how that turns out

Thx,The sword ends up having a part with the plot but it's not like one of thoses games where your spending most of the game trying to get it.Also your right so I'm going to post the stroy heree as well.

~Story~

For 10 years The Chasers (Church) and The Dark Knights have been at war.Now that the Dark Knights are weak and are in hiding a sword has been found.The sword of a leagendary Paladin who killed miny Dark Knights and gained sainthood.If the Charser can get the sword they will have the tool to remove the Dark Knights forever.But the Dark Knights also know about the sword and will not easly let the church have it.So the Chasers figger that the Dark Knights will send there whole army to get the sword they so they send two knight to sneek past the Dark Knight army.At the same time the Dark Knights send two men (well a guy and a girl.) to get the sword frist.There reason for only sending two is they figger that the Chaser will come and attack them when they send out men so they need as miny men as they can to stay at base.When both sides get to where the sword is they find the other side (Chasers or Dark Knights) there and end up in battle.The Dark Knights badly beaten.Two of the knights Kris and Zeno (One dark and one holy Knights.) finds out they are there long lost brothers.Not caring Ivo takes the other Dark Knight and tell Zeno to go's ahead a grabs the sword.As soon as he picks it up the cave starts to shake and cave in.Soon Zeno picks up his beaten brother and run out of the cave.Taking the other Dark Knight pisoner they take them back to the church.Seeing that Zeno had helped a Dark Knight the church bands him from Holy Knighthood.
