2.) How does Link from The Legend Of Zelda carry all that stuff?
3.) How can massive ships with like four propellers fly?
4.) How is a rainbow made?
5.) How does the positrack on a Plymouth Superbird work?

Honestly, it's good.

I chose to think of myself as an expert with water, so here's the basic thing you should do:

It's highly unrealistic that the water stops at the holes and only flows in through ONE water fall, even though the entire hole is surrounded by water. If would be more realistic if you made waterfalls to flow over the sides of all of it.

However, making the charasets and getting them to look right can take awhile so... I think it's ok the way it is.

What CK said isn't actually complex I find that a logical reason as I could happen. But you didn't really answer my question by asking a set of 5 questions just to say it does. That means there is some way it gets out, like it flys or they are jsut building the ship in the cave and hope to have it fly. I mean is it shownhow to get out in your game, because I think it is actually a pretty cool idea to have a cave and stuff under a huge lake, just the reasoning for getting in and out of the cave kind makes me think, which is good but I can't figure it out. I geuss I can just wait for you game.
Ohh and the answer "IT JSUT DOES" doesn't really fit for the Rainbow question.

Miescool: Yeah I thought about that also you know the whole
water fall covering all of the hole thingy and the reason I diddn't is because 1.) I'm a  lazy loser and 2.) I wanted the waterfalls to kinda match up with the waterfalls in the pirate cove....(does that make sense)

I know what you mean and  believe me when I say this site takes messages like that better than some other sites. I've asked some mods to delete my profile there. :p

I like the idea. I like when people mix Mac & Blue (Refmap). I think my only problem is the mast (Or whatever that big bar is called.:P The ship will fit but I can't see how that would fit.

This screenshot isn't from my game(I mean not my actual game. I just made the map. I didn't steal it from another game.), but I want to know if I did the landscaping and such okay. Please tell me what to improve.

EDIT: Oh, and the red moss stuff is climbable. I originally put ladders, but ladders aren't naturally occuring(...or are they?), I didn't use it what you might think of,"correctly," because those vine things don't grow evenly. The mountain is supposed to get more barren as you go up, and it's the kind of map where you enter, go though some maze, come out;but higher, move to the next entrance, and repeat until you get to the last entrance.(Which is the big hole at the top.)

It's kind of out of proportion for me. Some parts dip inward towards me, some parts dip outwards away from me. You did manage to make it look like an actual mountain which is good. I'm guessing you go through the holes then down a cavern inside?

Yep. I don't know how to include it in my game, though. It takes place in an unearthly demonic realm. I could try, but the cave, lava, and vampire chipsets don't format well into a mountain. I really need a recolored version of the chipset. I'm pretty sure it's a Rudra Dark Forest.

See what me and DragonBlaze have been fussing over. It's not finished so I'd like some honest opinions. I'm going to change the clouds soon, as they don't fit that well.

Aboutasoandthis: Ok just hear me out real quick its just an opinion of mine. Your maps that I have seen look incredibly good and I don't know about you but for me when I play a good RPG the one thing that kind of (not sure how to say this) what’s a good way to put it...god this is going to sound very gay...ok...
World maps kind of take me out of the experience it....damn this is hard to explain... World maps kind of take me out of the game. I'm not really sure why I think its the outrageous disproportions. You know the fact that the character is the same size of the city or almost half the size of a mountain etc. (I know this completely contradicts what I said earlier kind of but please just hear me out)
I think you game would benefit more if you connected major cities, landmarks, and so forth with paths instead of a world map...For example like in suikoden 3 or final fantasy x... I know you must be thinking "This guy is out of his F***ing mind  does he realize how long that map took me!?!" I just really want your finished product to be at its finest and that’s why I posted this I think having paths connecting major areas would create a more captivating experience for the player and it would keep them more involved with the story...
Like I said before its just an opinion and I only want to help you out if I can but I'm sure if anyone can pull off a good world map its you good luck...

I only just now came up with the idea to use a world map. I was gonna make the game have no world map at all. Just string a bunch of maps together. Here's where the problems come in...

I wanted 100*100 maps put together. I started by making a small stupid test game with 25 rows and colums strung together.

One row was 1.5 Kilobytes. About the size of 1 MP3. Nothing Special Right?

Now, take that and multiply it by 25 colloms. That's over 35 ****ing Kilobytes! Until, I get faster internet, that will take me ages! and the 25*25 World map only takes 7 minutes to walk through!

The world map idea was just for technical reasons. Less download time. Don't worry. I'm planning some surprises with this world map. Remember, the best you can really do with RM games like this is to make them like Super Nintendo games (Excluding Meis's Game).

Im not sure if this is ok to post here but the forum title is screenshots and thats exactly what this is.
I was just wondering if you guys could give me ideas to make my title screen look better it seems very...blah...
And I know the title is stoopid...
Just look past the stoopid title...
The title actually really works well with the storyline...(yeah heh heh storyline)

I'd make the gir transparent and twice as big. Like you'd have to squint to see her. Maybe you can get someone with Photoshop to fix it for you in the Requests section.

Don't worry about it. Everyone thinks this place is about maps only. I posted some CMS screens here first. Meis posted a few. A lot of these maps are too big to be screens.

You know, we should really start making actual screenshots and not just maps.
