Awesome. Is that wolf 100% custom?

No, it's a recolor of the young Wolf sprite from Seiken Densetsu 3. I have a custom made sprite, but I want the game to have one single graphical style, so I'm using rips instead of customs.

Do the villagers freak the heck out about a huge scary looking wolf running through their town?

Naw, there's this whole back story and whatnot that makes the animals sacred to the people.

I wanted to do an ABS, but then I figured with all the work that would go into coding something different, I would lose time developing the story, so instead I decided to stick with the DBS and just alter it to change the flow/add more pauses in between actions and just balance it overall. Fighting takes the backseat to the exploration, story and problem solving anyway.

Weeell, if you remember, I'm almost done with chapter III, I want to at least finish up to Chapter V before a demo release. I may just finish the game before a release. So no, most likely not any time soon. I MAY have a full game by next year. I say that VERY tentatively.

Yep, it's a horror game  .
I like the lights in this way, I used  circular lights and trust me, it looks better now.
