Thinking Cyberpunk.

Alright, I need some help here.
As I said before (i think) I just got Cyberpunk 2020, a table top RPG from the 80's~90's that had as a scenario the year of 2020. They belived that by then, things would be really different from today.
The USA economy would go down, and the world currency would be the Eurodollar. Countries wouldnīt mean anything anymore: the Corporations would dictate the rules, by having Solos (hired assassins) and Cybernetic implanted freaks to do the dirty job.
No one is your friend, no one really likes you. House? Family? All dead entities from the past. YOu can forget anything when leaving the place you slept last time, except for your gun.
If you wanna survive and not be fracked in the next corner, you gotta think mean: killing ainīt no problem, stealing is survival, betrayal is sweet.
You think youīre weak? No deal, just go to the next ripperdoc you can find and have him implant some chips in your brains, some alpha exoskeleton and get that gun that killed your whole family. Or even cybernetic limbs, so you can laugh at being shot in the feet. Or some color changing eyes, or even the Mr. Studd (all night, every night. And sheīll never know.). Just cyber up.
You might as well got some drugs, not forbidden at all in 2020, and go high in your killing spree.
So, what I mean is, the world is a bad world. Itīs a bad situation, with bad people all around. Everyone is bad bad bad.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All that was meant to expose the game I just got. And Iīm gonna master a game on it. But thereīs a problem...I canīt seem to "think cyberpunk" very well. I mean, I have some experience and some examples on it: Fallout 1 and 2, Septerra Core, Final Fantasy 7 and others. But still, I canīt think of a story, Iīm having a hard time making a campaign up.
So I was wondering if anyone could help me think something up. I know there are member who really like cyberpunk genre (such as Mr. Mister)! Anything will do! (if more info is needed, I can provide)
EDIT: This kinda genre also supports space adventures, and Iīm all for it if you have anything in that field!
EDIT2: I was also thinking of mastering a game through one of those tabletop simulators, to play online. If anyone is interested...

He's considering making a game with a cyberpunk theme, but isn't quite sure how to define it. He wants you guys to help with some suggestions.

Well you could always go with the standard:
You go to do a few tasks for a drugdealer, almost get yourself killed, run away from a bad deal with a huge amount of cash or some other valuable object, the drug dealer's men come after you, you're offered help by a corperation, they betray you and imprison you, you break out, decide to get revenge, infiltrate the corperation, screw them up, find out where they took the money/item, go get the item, kill whoever's guarding it, then go a step further and kill the head honcho that screwed you over, go back to the drug dealer pretending to give him back his stuff, kill him, sell the object and live a short-lived life of luxury before ending up back where you started, only with a badass reputation.

Make a cyberpunk game
Ever played the RPG(board game or SNES) Shadowrun? You should! Actaully I'm pretty interested in creating a cyberpunk world if it could turn into a group or two person RPG Maker project.

Shadowrun was awesome, except for that my game glitched and got stuck at the tanker ship.

Right-o Razor. Itīs just that I can define the cyberpunk theme, I just canīt define a adventure, a storyline. The whole theme, being something fictional, is too wide and permits too many possibilities. I wanted some suggestions on adventures because I didntīt want to make something idiotic, that goes too far from the Cyberpunk world.
Osmose gave a pretty good example, and Iīm actually considering making it more solid, put some names on some people and start the Friday Night Fire Fight (itīs the name of the combat system in Cyberpunk 2020).
Mr. Mister, I have Shadow Run in a PDF, if it interests you. I liked it, but I thought Cyberpunk 2020, even being outdated, was better, not only the system, but also the style. The gae, Iīve never played. But iīm gonna! (PM'd you already, btw.)
EDIT: MORE IDEAS PLEASE! (Iīm using a lot from your suggestiong Osmose, tnks a lot!)
