i dont own any legend of zelda games just know him becuase of super smash bros.

and more games of square

so im thinking cloud is better and would win in a fight but in game faqs best series ever contest it was legend of zelda  against final fantasy

That's because Nintendo is basically Mario and Zelda now. FF is well known, but not as big to its company as Zelda is to Nintendo.

I was mores o refering to games like....Resident Evil. (Leon > Cloud/Link) or even Monster Hunter. Cause thats a badass mofo of a game. But MM > Cloud/Link.

If there were an actual battle, whoever struck the first blow would win. If Cloud had the chance to cast Stop or something on Link, he'd win. But if Link used Deku Nuts or the Boomerang or a similar stunning weapon, Link would have the upper hand. After that, Link would have to survive Cloud's magic (bring plenty of fairies and Nayru's Love/Magic Armor), but if he did, and Cloud had no more MP left, Link would whoop Cloud in sword-to-sword action.

Leon's just a tough guy with a gun. Or two. Or seventeen.
But he'd run out of ammo; eventually. Cloud could just slice the bullets with his mad s0rd skillz! And Link could blow them away with the Deku Leaf. And with Mega Man; Link uses the Mirror Shield. Cloud uses...I don't know.

Because as everyone knows CT is still a steady source of major income for Square.

Yes, FF is enix's only major income source. However, PS2 has more companies under it then just enix. Capcom is a major source of income with games like MGS and the likes. Then there's Rock Star with GTA. Also, unlike Nintendo, Square often comes out with games that arn't part of a series, but are excellent still the same. Shadow of the Colossus and God of War are two good examples.

Nintedo is completly reliant on ports and classics remade.

Leons just human and against MM's worlds, hyrule, and FF worlds
he wont last. infinite launcher, hand connon(50 calibur magnum), Machine gun, tmps, grenades, rifle, shotguns, and enhanced pistols and weapons might help but against magic and 20xx technology they are like toy guns.
