Here's the thing. I don't give a damn about either of your honor or ethics or whatevr you use to justify this nonsense. If you keep fighting, for whatever reason, you burn for it. It's that simple. So you can "be the big man" and keep defending yourself until you both have a nice new shiny almost banned title and eventually a full banned one, or you can keep that crap off the forums.

You, Saikar, have just said you would ban me, for not fighting back with him, for defending myself. Did i fight back? Did I continue to "attack" him after he's second assault? No. Now you can be ban for me that, yes, heck you are the admin right now, you can just do it right now, and what excuse would there be? None that i couldnt use because I wouldnt be allowed to give one, since either way, you wouldnt give a damn about it.

You laughed with him trying to insult me, it didnt irk you.  What if I havent had a good time? WHO THE HECK CAN I TALK TO if the administration does not want to be "refered to as threat" and when themselves are taking a part in laugh in accusations?

Say I got insulted by what he said just now, what now? You are holding me liable too for being insulted? When i replied the most insulting thing i said was "shut up", yet, you take that as something to be banned for? Yeah, ok.

Yet i am still hold against your judgement of: attacking back and holding this crap in the forum with him. Sai, Mid, I'm not trying to be a 'mini-mod' or anything, but this really is not where this kinda stuff belongs.

The way I see it, this thread was started as a way for members to find out more about other members in a positive way.  Throwing insults back and forth detracts from the integrity of the Charas forums.  If Kijuki and Revolution wanna have a fight, don't carry it on for so long.  It's just.......  stupid.
