You mean to the Complete Resources page?

-On the Complete Resources page, click the "Share your resources too!" link.
-Log in if you haven't already.
-Set the section to "Titles", fill in all the fields, then submit it.
Make sure your title isn't breaking any of the rules before you submit it.
