The shadows should be transparent. There's also an error in the cliffs in the circled area, I believe. Other than that, nice.

Thanks, I didn't notice the error in the cliffs, I fixed it now. And about the shadows, I'm afraid I can't do anything about that
.
I'm making my city now, it doesn't have citizens but as I said before, I'm making my map first(the reason is a bit tricky to explain, it has to do something with my ABS system).
Does it look good?

I see your point but as I said before, I did a mapping tutorial for rmxp and it was a hint to do the flowers on the roof to. Maybe it looks better for you if you see the whole house(look at attachment).
And about the window flowers, it's not like I don't have none(look at attachment).

Yeah, flowers on the roof are kinda weak, as well as those curves on the sides of the house, but otherwise a nice job.
Just because a tutorial you're following says "Do this" doesn't mean it's always an excellent idea. It's always good to add your own spin.
As for the shadows, I might be able to help you with that if you link to a copy of the XP chipset you're using.

Ok, I deleted the flowers on the roof.
The demo is going to be out soon, I'm working realy hard on it.

Like I said, I'm busy with the demo at the moment. But now, I'm going to learn some more about RMXP scripting and playing some other RMXP games to improve my game. Then I will continue with creating the demo.
